Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) is the practice of integrating all enterprise software applications, data, and workflow processes. It is often employed as part of our Business Process Improvement reviews. Over time, large organizations tend to develop “technical islands” applications that operate in isolation within the organization due to process and/or data constraints. This isolation leads to lower efficiency and longer delivery times.
